Education
The pursuit of knowledge and personal growth is a pillar of House Lux Noctis. We believe in lifelong learning, evolving as new information is discovered, and sharing knowledge that is grounded in science and developed through consistent practice. The following are educational demonstrations, Classes and workshops Miss Moon is currently teaching or working on. All classes will remain updated as needed to reflect the most up to date information available from credible research and trusted educators. There is no cost required to have Miss Moon present at venues, special events or conferences, although they appreciate having any material costs reimbursed or voluntary contributions. If you are interested in hosting a class at your venue, Miss Moon is able to travel (travel expenses may be required if your location exceeds 100 miles from Miss Moon's home city).

Needle Play 101
A foundational introduction to safer, structured needle play. Learn equipment basics, medical awareness, sanitation practices, technique, body anatomy, and how to create a calm, informed scene from start to finish.
Decorative Needle Play (201, 301)
Explore the artistic side of needle play. These intermediate and advanced levels focus on creating patterns, structural designs, and multi-layered aesthetics while maintaining strong risk-awareness and precision technique. All upper-level needle play classes include foundational education elements.
Fire Play 101
A guided journey into the fundamentals of fire play using skin-safer techniques. Learn tools, safety protocols, flame control, and how to create warm, sensual, and visually stunning scenes.
Making an Impact: The Science of Impact Play
A deep dive into the biomechanics, psychology, physics and physiology behind impact play. Understand how force, implements, body zones, and nervous-system responses work together to create sensation with intention and safety.
Electroplay 101 (Violet Wand)
A hands-on introduction to violet wand play. Learn how electrical sensation works on the skin, how to select attachments, and how to keep scenes safer, engaging, and full of spark.

Decorative Needle Play Intensive (Half-Day Workshop)
An immersive workshop designed for hands-on practice and personalized coaching. Build complex decorative needle pieces step-by-step, with focus on technique refinement, design planning, and elevated artistry. The workshop begins with intensive foundational education to set the stage for any needle play scene, from safety and consent to creating a memorable experience that integrates physical, psychological and emotional elements.
Ethics of Power: Applying Leadership Principles in BDSM Dynamics
Power exchange thrives when it is grounded in clarity, integrity, and intention. Ethics of Power explores how established leadership philosophies from professional, organizational, and community settings can be thoughtfully adapted to BDSM dynamics. This class breaks down widely recognized leadership models: what makes them effective, what makes them ethical, and why certain approaches can be counterproductive or harmful when brought into power structures.

A foundational workshop on building personal and relational ethics in kink. Learn how to identify and articulate values, negotiate transparently, and create scenes and dynamics rooted in respect, clarity, and accountability.
Presenter History:
Miss Moon has had the honor of serving as an educator or panelist in recent years at Dungeons Down Under in Tulsa (demonstrations, half-day workshop) including their annual Beat The Heat event, ClubFEM's Tulsa Chapter, Reign of Blood (panelist), and Reign of Fire (panelist).
Earlier BDSM educational history includes one-on-one and group workshops at venues in Southern California.
They present at professional leadership and business conferences on topics ranging from marketing and business strategy to effective leadership and team-building principles. Their background as an educator at the high school and university levels gives them a strong foundation for creating classes that create a strong base for future knowledge to be built on.
