House Lux Noctis stands on a simple paradox: we honor the light by understanding the dark. Expectations of House Members
House Lux Noctis is a voluntary commitment with an invitation from the House members. Joining means more than wearing a name; it means carrying a standard.
Members are expected to communicate clearly, honestly, and promptly, especially around boundaries, needs, and changes in personal capacity. Silence breeds misunderstanding; clarity prevents harm.
Members are expected to treat others with respect, even when navigating differences. Cruelty, manipulation, and the misuse of vulnerability have no place here. Power is a tool, not a weapon. Prejudice or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal from the House.
Members are expected to engage with introspection. This house values people who examine their patterns, take accountability, and grow from experience. Mistakes are not failures; refusing to learn from them is.
Members are expected to uphold the house’s culture of consent, autonomy, and mutual support. No dynamic, request, or interaction should ever rely on pressure, guilt, or entitlement.
